the breakfast was decent. there was a good selection of food.
My room felt outdated. It didn't match the standards i expect. the air conditioning was not effective. It was difficult to adjust the temperature. also, the bathroom ventilation seemed faulty.

the free shuttle service was so helpful. it made getting to and from the airport easy! i really enjoyed the breakfast. the buffet offered a great variety of both japanese and western options.
the room had a bit of a strange smell i noticed. the hallways looked a little dark and old. it reminded me of something from a horror movie!

the free airport shuttle service was great it runs frequently to both terminals. i really liked how there was a convenient store located right in the lobby. it made grabbing snacks and drinks so easy before my early morning flight.
the room felt a bit outdated i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. the soundproofing wasn't ideal i could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

the hotel is close to the airport terminals making it perfect for early flights. there are several car rental companies within walking distance i found it convenient for returning my rental car.

the staff was very friendly and willing to help. the receptionist explained all the hotel amenities in detail upon check-in i was really impressed with her english plus the bus drivers are cute.

the shuttle service was so efficient. the staff helped with luggage and were always on time! the bar served delicious meals in a comfortable atmosphere. the drinks were nice too
the pool didn't open until 10am. it was the middle of summer!
